1) What glue should I use?

With every Wallitalia order, wallpaper glue is provided free of charge, with no additional cost.

There is no need to purchase it separately: you will receive everything needed for installation directly with your order.

2) How is the price of the products calculated?

The price of our products varies based on the type:

Wallpaper: The price is per square meter (m2). The final cost will therefore be calculated based on the total area requested.

Rugs: The price is per piece. Each rug has a fixed price per unit, regardless of available sizes.

3) How much wallpaper do I need?

WallItalia wallpapers are custom-made based on the dimensions provided by the customer.

For correct measurement:

Measure the maximum width of the wall.

Measure the maximum height from the highest point.

Add at least 10 cm of extra height, as recommended by our suppliers, to compensate for any out-of-square or irregularities in the ceiling or floor and facilitate installation.

The image may be resized or slightly adjusted during production to meet the requested format.

4) How wide are the wallpaper panels?

The width of wallpaper panels varies depending on the brand and type of backing. Depending on the product added to your cart, you'll find the width of each roll.

Other backings for specific interiors, such as bathrooms or wet areas, may have different dimensions and are available upon request.

Our wallpaper is printed on panels corresponding to the height of your wall. The total width ordered determines the number of panels.

5) Is it possible to order wallpaper samples?

Absolutely! Click on the desired design and find the "Request Sample" option. Samples are sent as a tracked letter to your postal address.

6) Can I use wallpaper in the bathroom or outdoors?

We do not recommend installing the vinyl version of our wallpapers, available on our website, in humid environments, outdoors, or in areas with high humidity.

However, for all the versions available on our website, you can request a specific version for humid environments, suitable for bathrooms or kitchens, by sending a quote request or by emailing us at info@wallitalia.com.

7) How do I clean wallpaper?

Cleaning our wallpaper is very easy, just use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently remove dirt or stains.

8) Do you also install wallpaper?

No, we only provide the wallpaper and the necessary glue for installation; we do not offer installation services.
